Our Blue Heaven - Private Heated Pool, Beach!

Our Blue Heaven is a beautiful beach home that offers everything you need for a perfect beach getaway. This home has a heated pool and is less than a 5-minute walk to the Blue Mountain Beach access! This home has luxurious furnishings, a fully-stocked kitchen, and comfortable spacious bedrooms. There are complimentary bikes for guests' use! The space Our Blue Heaven has been appointed with high-quality furnishings throughout to allow our guests to be indulged in affordable luxury. This home is spacious enough to allow guests to congregate together or find their own spot for some alone time. The owners have taken great care to outfit this home with everything a guest would need to have all the comforts of home. Our Blue Heaven offers you a vacation home where you can relax, feel pampered, and rejuvenate! Guest access Guests will have use of their own heated private pool, as well as a private communal pool that lies just around the corner from this home. There are 5 complimentary bikes (4 adult, 1 youth), a gas grill, cable and WiFi throughout the home. Other things to note Only 3 vehicles maximum can be parked at the property at any given time. Absolutely NO street parking or boats, jet skis, trailers, buses, RV's and/or campers. **This property has a 3-night minimum stay and during peak season there is a 7-night Saturday to Saturday minimum stay.** We rent to persons 25 yrs or older. Absolutely NO smoking or pets allowed on the property. The private pool at Our Blue Heaven is heated using a heat pump system. During cooler months we strive to keep the pool temperature at around 86F degrees. However, during periods of time when the daytime or nighttime temperatures drop to 50F degrees or below, the pool will take longer to heat. For times when both the daytime and nighttime temperatures consistently remain below 50 degrees the pool heater may not be able to reach a temperature above 78F degrees. Guest understands and agrees to the potential limitation of the pool heating during colder periods in the season. GUEST AGREES THAT HE/SHE WILL NOT CHANGE THE TEMPERATURE OF THE POOL UNLESS GIVEN EXPRESS PERMISSION BY THE HOMEOWNER TO DO SO.
