This is a private studio sized guest suite with a private patio & parking spot located in the famous Venice Canals. Guests have total & complete privacy in this space. It is comfortable enough for 2 guests. Guests have their own entrance, their own spacious patio equipped with an outdoor dining area & a gas grill as well as their own washer and dryer. It has air conditioning, a complete kitchen & bathroom with a queen size bed. Nothing is shared. Guests have zero interaction with the homeowner. The space This is a charming private studio & outdoor patio with everything you need to just relax, reset or just escape to for pure enjoyment and accessibility to a beautiful tourist spot that is only blocks from the Venice Boardwalk & beach. Guest access My guests have full access to their own parking spot, the entire interior of the airbnb suite and the patio which includes a grill, dining area and laundry shed. Everything is private for the guests & separate from the homeowner. During your stay This is a guest suite, so the owner of the actual main part of the home does live there. His name is Ricky and he is one of the friendliest people you'll ever meet.
