Other things to note 1 free parking is available at night when free parking on the street is not available between midnight-7 AM. Parking on the street is not allowed between midnight until 7 Am. If you are using a parking space, you must coordinate parking arrangements during your stay to prevent blocking other cars. There is weekly clean up (time can be managed when you are not home) if you are staying more than a week. the fee for cleaning is $20 per hour if you are requesting weekly clean up.
