Studio Cruz - One mile to Sunny Cove Beach!

Studio Cruz is a private, fully furnished abode above our garage. Private entrance & key code lock for your convenience. Queen sized bed, loveseat, reclining chair, kitchenette with sink, fridge, hot/cold water dispenser, microwave & your own private bath. Wifi, TV with Netflix (no cable) and Sonos Sound Entertainment. The yard is fully fenced. Two friendly dogs & a crazy cat live on the property. Electric car charging available. (240 Volt ChargePoint) for a fee. The space Studio Cruz is a custom studio that has custom finishes and comforts of home. Private parking in driveway for your use. Guest access Guests have access to the studio above the garage. Please do not go into the space between the house and garage which leads to the private residence. Please feel free to use the yard. There is a porch swing under the stairs and two chairs with a small table on the porch at the bottom of the stairs for your use. Other things to note We have two very friendly dogs that share time between Santa Cruz and South Lake Tahoe. They are named Reef and Loki. We also have a friendly cat named Mala. She loves to say hello and go for car rides so please make sure she doesn't go home with you!
