Parties, events, celebrations, receptions, commercial activities, and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. All bedrooms are located on the second floor. Neighborhood & Noise Policy Guests must respect all neighborhood rules and community standards. Quiet hours begin at 9:00 PM. Excessive noise or disturbances are not permitted. Guests must maintain a maximum speed of 5 MPH while driving within the neighborhood. Any complaints from neighbors regarding noise, disturbances, or rule violations may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Smoking, Drugs & Illegal Activities Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including indoor and outdoor areas. Illegal drugs, unlawful activities, and disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited. Any illegal activity or serious violation of house rules may be reported to Airbnb and local law enforcement authorities. Pets Pets are permitted only with prior approval and a $500 security deposit. During extended stays, guests are expected to wash bedding and linens as needed. Guests are encouraged to leave beds reasonably tidy upon departure. Food & Beverage Policy No food or beverages are permitted in bedrooms, except bottled water. Damages Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused during their stay. Damage repair costs may be deducted from the security deposit. If repair costs exceed the deposit amount, additional reimbursement may be requested through Airbnb.
