All 4 bedrooms are located on the Second Floor 10. Property is located in very good residential area with few family staying over 15 years in that neighborhood 11. No Events / Parties / Big Gatherings are not allowed in the property 12. NO SMOKING (BOTH INDOOR & OUTDOOR PROPERTY PREMISES) 13. PETS are allowed with $500 Security fee 13. Any illegal activities or disobeying the property rules or disturbing the neighborhood will be reported to AIRBNB Customer Service / Local Police and necessary actions will be taken immediately 14. Parking is restricted to Two Car Garage and you can park two additional cars on the driveway 15. Property Owner / Property Owner will make frequent visits to see the property condition and how the guest are doing 16. Are you willing to follow the Neighborhood Rules like no big noises after 9 pm ??? 17. You should not book the property on behalf of others instead of that you can create one account and make booking and the identity will be checked during the check-in, if the identity is not matched the reservation is subjected to cancel and NO REFUND 18. If you are not followed the booking rules by the owner then reservation will subject to cancel and NO REFUND 19. You need to comply the house rules 20. For any inappropriate activities in the property, property premises, in the Neighborhood subject to report to the local police station. 21. You are paying the dollar amount for your stay and not for any damages during your stay, if any damages happened during your stay will be deducted from your deposit and if the damages exceeds the deposit amount you are subjected to pay additional damage amount through AIRBNB. 22.We are careful to ensure the safety and comfort of everyone in the house and including our neighbors. 23.We expect our guest to make their bed and clean up their kitchen mess immediately when finished. 24.We also expect our guest to wash their bedding linen during long term stay. There is absolutely NO food or drinks (except bottled water) allowed in bedrooms. NO Smoking anywhere on the property. No drugs, no loud parties, no pets, no unregistered overnight guests, or no unnecessary drama.
