Beach within steps of this beautifully remodeled condo! DOC's restaurant & jet ski rentals, directly across the street. Beach gear available along with a cart to transport. Luxurious king size bed with extra plush mattress topper. Queen size sofa bed. Our studio will sleep up to 3 people (2 adults, 1 child) Newly refurbished pools opened April 2nd 2025. The space You'll have access to a fully equipped kitchen which includes two coffee makers ( Keurig & Mr. Coffee ) and an air fryer. There's a 55" flat screen tv and comfortable seating. During your stay, please enjoy the beach chairs, durable umbrella, cooler, ice packs, and a cart to transport them to the beach. Our balcony overlooks the main pool and provides two chairs and a table to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon beverage. There is one full bathroom with an on demand hot water heater. Guest access You'll have access to the entire unit and be able to check in using the keypad entry with a personalized code provided after booking. Laundry facility on site in building 5. (machine accepts debit/credit cards) Other things to note Please note: There is no use of the tennis courts at this time.
