Take a stroll on the magnificent Ashokan Rail Trail or Reservoir Promenade minutes away. An easy drive to Woodstock, Phoenicia, and all points north for excellent skiing! Our warm and comfortable home is private and all on one level, with three bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Primary bedroom has en-suite bathroom and French doors that exit to the large deck with magnificent view of the magical Catskills Mountains. The two guest bedrooms on the other side of the house offers newer fold out beds with work stations in both and full bathroom nearby in hall. The kitchen dining and living room boasts an open floor plan design that is spacious and inviting. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook up a chefs dream dinner. There are two sets of French doors in the living room that spill out onto the deck where you can grill up your favorite BBQ dishes whilst looking out over the grandiose mountain view. Lots of natural light throughout brings nature into the space giving you a sense of calm peacefulness. Desirable road is very picturesque with bridge over stream. Not many homes in our neighborhood but quiet time is 10pm for our neighbors sake. You will need a car to get anywhere. Walking on the road is perfectly fine as there is little traffic. Fully private with private stream access.
