This private apartment is located on the first floor of a family owned and operated 2-unit located on the East End of Portland, Maine. The private entrance with a numerical key pad lock is located in the back of the house off the communal patio space. Hard wood floors throughout, full modern kitchen, full large bathroom, 1 room for overflow space, a private bedroom with a queen sized bed, dining room and living room with a pull out sofa, and a private front deck. We take great pride in hosting! The space **** We are in the middle of converting this unit from a long-term rental into a short-term rental and have not fully furnished! We are designing and managing this unit for people looking for extended-stays. The minimum night stay is 2-weeks. We feel that there are many people who are in need of a comfortable, safe place to land while relocating to/from Maine or are in some form of transition. We would like to be just this welcoming place for you! We have a deep discount in place for 1-month stays! AND, a much lower then average nightly rate for the stays 2-weeks- a month. Once we do have the unit beautifully furnished by the 2nd week of September, I will be sure to post new photos. For now, these photos are what we have to show you the space!
