Situated across the street from the lake, east and south facing windows have views of Clear Lake and Mt. Konocti. Situated on 3.5 acres, there is plenty of privacy and parking for boats and RV’s. Close by downtown Lakeport (4 miles) offers numerous dining and shopping opportunities as well as public boat launch facilities. The space Private apartment is located in a 1930's water tower building adjacent to the main house. Lots of windows make this a bright and cheery space. Second floor patio deck offers great wildlife viewing. Guest access Guests have access to the entire inside space as well as outdoor areas including our lake lot. Other things to note There is a large circular driveway at the rear of the property that makes turn-arounds for trailers and RV's easy. Plenty of parking space for boats and RV's.
