THINGS TO CONSIDER: EARLY CHECK-INS @ 12PM (OPTIONAL) Airbnb allows you to choose a preferred check in time, but it is ultimately up to the host to approve any check-ins before 3pm. An accepted request to book does not mean your early check-in time was approved. You will need to send us a request (72hrs Prior to Check-In date) asking us if you can check in early ($99 fee) so we can hire more cleaning staff. PACKAGES We do not allow guests to order mail/packages to this location for privacy reasons. If you attempt to have something delivered (Amazon, FedEx, UPS) to this address we’re not held responsible for its whereabouts. Suggestion: Use Amazon Hub Lockers MAINTENANCE We ask that all our guests are patient and understanding in regard to this. If a previous guest has damaged something minor and we were unable to fix it before check-in, it will be reported to the management staff, but it is dependent on the maintenance team’s schedule. Examples: blinds, curtains, and lightbulbs fall under the “non-emergency” maintenance category and won’t be completed until they’ve addressed any emergency requests around the property first. PETS Pets are welcomed in our house 2 maximum and Pet fee of $75 applies. GARAGE CLICKERS The house has 1 garage clicker for our guests to use. If this is take with you we will charge our guest $50 to replace the clicker. CLEANING Our cleaning fee is based on a decent guest. If the housekeeping crew discovers an unreasonable mess post-checkout, we will charge an additional fee of $199. Please don’t trash our house. POOL HEATING (Optional) The Pool can be heated upon guests this must requested 72hrs Prior to Check-In date. Please be aware that the Pool needs 12-15hrs to heat the huge pool. $79/night fee for heating the Pool, this is to cover the gas fee. We like to heat the pool prior to guest arrival because if you are using the Spa the heater will NOT heat the POOL. POOL SERVICE The Pool is Serviced & Cleaned 2 times a week on Mondays & Thursdays. If you would like the Pool to be cleaned on a different day you can request an additional service day and a $50 fee will be applied to the guest. EXTRA TOWELS/LINENS Please understand and accept that our housekeeping staff needs to cover a great number of units per day and within a short window of time. To accommodate the busy schedules, they often need to leave the CLEAN towels drying in the dryer as they move on. If you do not see enough towels/linens for you when you arrive, please check the dryer. By booking this unit, you have read, understood, and agreed to all these house rules. SMOKING This is a non-smoking property. This includes vapes/e-cigarettes. Breaking this rule will result in a $400 fine and potentially the additional cost that is incurred by losing the next guest’s reservation because we cannot eliminate the odor in time for the next booking. PARTIES The villa enforces a strict NO-parties/noise violation policy. This includes all Airbnb guests as well. If you throw a party, trash the space, damage the unit, disrespect the property, or have a gathering with extra guests that are not reported in your initial booking, you are breaking the rules and will be fined $999. Noise Monitors (decibal readers) are located inside the house to prevent Unwanted Parties and Noise violations. If you want to have a Loud Raver please look for another house. SECURITY MONITORING Video and Audio recording is place in front facing (driveway, front door & side entrance) of the villa for your safety & security. DISCLOSURE Wind Advisory: during certain times in the year the local weather brings high winds with dust. We are sadly NOT responsible for weather conditions as we cannot control the weather. This can cause cushions to be thrown off the patio furniture, Umbrellas to tip over and pool/spa to have dust, bugs etc. to fall in the pool/spa. LASTLY We reserve the right to refuse accommodation or demands from rude, disrespectful, and/or discourteous guests. We will not hesitate to terminate your stay at our discretion if you continue to harass/verbally abuse our staff. Host is available to reply to messages till 10pm. for Emergencies Host and staff is available to address pressing issues promptly, please call HOST 24hrs. La Quinta Cove Please note the City of La Quinta quiet hours are 10pm to 7am and NO music or NO loud noise is allowed outside at any time in order to respect the neighbors and prevent noise violation phone calls. Please note any fines incurred as a result of violating the above are 100% the responsibility of the guest.
