Lakefront condo: Safe, secure & clean

As there are no weapons or outside shoes allowed, and other restrictions. 2 kittens present as well. Also, please have a clear photo of yourself, no photo = cancelled/no booking. I.D's/passports will be checked and/or scanned by host or co-host of 1st time guest. Security cameras are present inside and outside of property - Not in guest room. The space It is extremely clean and very peaceful. Next door neighbors can be a little loud due to cute little children running around - But nothing overly excessive in loudness. No outside shoes are allowed inside. Slippers, and shoes that have not been worn or used outside in any way is acceptable. Shoes must be removed upon entering the unit. It's hardwood floors and not so thick walls - So the normal TV sounds and conversations you can slightly hear. The airbed and room has been updated 07/25/2023 with new airbed. And a table to use as a workspace. It now currently has a Sealy, comfort plus airbed that is very comfortable. And there is now an air conditioner in the room as well. There is a closet with hangers to put your bags and hang your garments up in. And a high definition 32 inch LCD with Xfinity FlexBox with live TV and apps. Eating is not allowed in the room. Disposable water bottles, and small snacks such as granola bars, a small pack of trail mix, and things of that nature are the only exception. I have 2 kittens in the home as well. But not in the guests room. Guest access Common areas such as kitchen and bathroom are accessible to both households guests and Airbnb guest. During your stay Host lives on property, and is available if needed. Other things to note Take heed to all rules and regulations, and if anything is needed. Just ask, instead of just doing, and going through things which will not be appreciated nor tolerated. There are sometimes other guest in unit. So the bathroom and common areas are shared. Room is completely private. No pets allowed, as there are 2 kittens that reside in the unit. I ask all guests to tidy behind themselves, be respectful. And overall remember that it is another person’s home. With other guest and household members.
