A 3700sqft main house with 4 bedrooms with 3 baths. Also, a guest house bedroom with bath makes it a total 5bd/4bath on premise. We can sleep 12 people in rooms with additional couches and areas for blowups. Third level bonus room with door can house people with a provided blow up. Large kitchen and dining space for big groups. 10min drive from TPC Southwind Golf Course. Neighborhood house in quiet area and private street. From Beale St, we are 12miles or 20min drive. Usually a $20 Uber/Lyft. The space All parts can be access outside of a downstairs office which will be locked. Guest access The house only has one room off access from reservation which is a downstairs private office space. Other things to note Strong internet connection; 300Mbps download time throughout the house.
