Located near Downtown Oakland and Oakland Chinatown and close by Jack London Square. BART Station is only five minute walk away,and close to AC Transit bus that can connect you to the heart of the San Francisco Bay Area Other things to note Other Rules -NOTE: We host families or business travellers but this is NOT the place for parties. -SMOKING: Absolutely no smoking. Any evidence of smoking (Odor, cigarette butts, cigarette ashes, etc), will incur an automatic $500 fine from the security deposit. -PETS: Pets are not permitted. -QUIET: Must be quiet after 10:00pm. Neighbors WILL complain if there is noise after 10pm. -CHECK-IN/OUT: Check-in after 3PM but earlier can often be accommodated upon request. Check-out by 11:00am but later can often be accommodated upon request. -EVENTS: Absolutely no parties or events (Violation of his house rule will result in a forfeit of the entire security deposit and initiate immediate eviction). -LOSSES: The Homeowner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occur while on the premises or facilities. The Homeowner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guests. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all Guests are expressly assuming risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises. -FURNISHINGS: Keep the property and all furnishings in best order. Please report any damage to the host immediately. If any property is damaged, you will be fined according to the fullest amount of money of the furnishings. -CLEANLINESS: Please WASH all dishes and keep them the way you have found it clean. If dishes are not cleaned and placed back, you will be charged an additional fee for uncleanliness. If any dishes or pantry is ruined, you WILL be charged for anything that is ruined. -PARKING: There is free street parking. -OTHER: Please make sure both the front & back doors are shut/locked at all times.
