We have a 1 bedroom condo that is nicely appointed and comes with everything you need to enjoy your stay in Horseshoe Bay. We have a fully equipped and stocked kitchen so you will have no problem preparing your own meals while you're here. Enjoy the Keurig coffee maker for your morning coffee out on the balcony (we provide a few k-cups for your stay but feel free to bring your favorites with you). *King bed - luxury linens and 4 pillows *Full bathroom includes shower and larger soaker tub ... (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided), plenty of towels and wash clothes, toilet paper, and hair dryer *Fully stocked kitchen - dishes, glasses, pots/pans, all utensils, spices, etc., paper towels, soaps, towels, Keurig (some k-cups to get you started) *Large flat screen TV's (one in living room and one in bedroom) *Free WiFi *Free assigned parking and additional overflow parking *Unit is located on the 1st story of the building - parking garage is the ground floor (stairs and elevator available) We have a high-end King size bed in the bedroom with resort quality, luxurious bedding and linens. In the living room there is a brand new sectional lounger with resort linens available as well. Also we have a Tempur-Pedic memory foam topped air mattress in the bedroom closet. The bathroom has a large tub and shower and is stocked with resort quality towels and all standard amenities including hair dryer. We have flat-screen televisions mounted in the living room and the bedroom with cable tv provided. There is also free high-speed internet access (password provided). We have a washer and dryer in the unit including detergent and fabric softener. Our guests have access to gas grills that are located directly behind the condo building making it easy to cook out while enjoying your stay. BBQ tools are located in the condo. Horseshoe Bay itself is an amazing place to visit and you will love it here! There is great fishing in Horseshoe Bay! You can drop a line any number of places so please ask us for our favorite spots or you can book a guided fishing excursion with one of the local fishing companies. You can rent boats from the LBJ Yacht Club and Marina and boats and jet skis from Splash in Kingsland (they drop off and pick up). Guest access You will have access to the complete condo with exception of one owner's closet. You will also have access to the private Marina side courtyard with gas grills. Waters Complex Pool. Please be mindful of the following guidelines to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone: • Clean up after yourselves. • No food or drinks in the pool. • No animals in the pool area. • Pool hours are from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Other things to note Gas Grills available directly behind the building in the marina area. NOTE: We also have a 3 bedroom townhouse available (about a 3 minute walk), a 2 bedroom townhouse, and we have another 1 bedroom condo similar to this in another building (about a 2 minute walk), so if you prefer more room or are traveling with a group we can help you with that as well. We network with other HSB owners too so if our unit is booked or you are traveling with a group let us know and we will help you get your trip all set up!
