Bathroom is marble tiled and contains a two person sized Corner Whirlpool Tub, a Stand-in Shower, and Double Vanity Sink with Quartz top. The apartment walks out onto a Private Concrete Patio overlooking private woods and green area. It is common to see deer in back yard grazing on grass. Enjoy the scenic retreat using the outdoor iron table and rocking chairs. Bedroom has a walk-in, generous sized closet, and several dressers, perfect for the extended stay. Guest access Guests will have access to the entirety of basement apartment as shown in pics, as well as laundry area. Laundry Area only is shared, but reserved for Basement guests is on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturdays. There will be other guests staying on the upper main level of home at any given time, but the basement is completely separate from the other level of home.
