You'll be 5-7 minutes from the Claremont Village and the Claremont Colleges, close to hiking trails and the mountains. Claremont Short Term Permit Number: STR-001 The space BEDROOM AREA Sleep well on a queen bed with a 3" memory foam topper and 100% organic cotton bedding. LIVING AREA The living room area features a sofa and Roku TV. The sofa bed has a comfortable gel mattress. Please let us know in your booking request if you will be wanting the sofa bed made up for your visit so we can make sure it’s ready for you and your guest when you arrive. TV A Roku TV includes Sling for live TV. You can log into your Netflix, Amazon Prime, and other streaming apps with your own accounts. KITCHEN/DINING Spacious kitchen and dining room with dedicated workspace. The kitchen is well-stocked with cooking supplies and sharp knives. For coffee, brew on a drip coffee maker, or use our pour-over coffee supplies with locally roasted coffee. Hot water kettle, teas, spices and oils are provided for you. Store your clothes in the closet behind the full-length mirrored door. PATIO Enjoy the patio and yard -- eat or drink coffee at a table in front of the guesthouse. Lounge by the pool (see pictures). Even when not in pool season, it's nice to hang out by the pool. PARKING Private gated parking behind the guesthouse for one vehicle. Guest access The detached guest house is located at the end of our front driveway within a fenced-in yard behind our home. Guests enter through a *separate* driveway and secured gate at the rear of the property. Other things to note • We are on a main road that goes up to Mt. Baldy in the foothills of Claremont. • There is also another guesthouse on the property, but it is sectioned off by a fence and you will have your own separate patio and parking areas. • The pool is not heated. It is warm roughly late June-October, depending on weather. • We are not able to accommodate infants and children under 12, as our pool area is not fenced. • The hot tub is not a listed amenity and is not regularly maintained. • You may have to walk on some gravel and pavers on the mediterranean patio (see photos). • Our guest-loving dog, Chico, will hang out with you in the yard if you like that. However, if you're allergic to dogs and don't want him near you, just let us know.
