Very comfortable, fully-furnished studio apartment in prime Austin neighborhood (close to downtown, ACL,SXSW, UT). The space Roomy, centrally located studio apartment with great natural light in Tarrytown. The apartment comes furnished with a futon bed, air mattress, and accommodations for babies/children (pack n play, high chair, toys, books). There is ample closet and storage space and a full bathroom. While there is not a full kitchen in the unit, I have equipped the space with a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee pot, espresso machine & disposable plates/napkins/utensils. There are also plenty of restaurants, grocery stores & pharmacies within walking distance! Guest access You will have access to the studio apartment. Other things to note No pets allowed. No smoking.
