Secluded Mountain Getaway with Swimming Pond.

This is the perfect country getaway in a serene wooded setting yet close to town. Great for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). A large deck and yard provide great views of the outdoors. This house is privately set but only a short walk to an inviting shared swim pond, meadow & trails. Area attractions include great hiking, skiing, restaurants, breweries, stores and markets. Near Great Barrington & Hudson and all the Berkshires and Hudson Valley have to offer. The space The house sits perched on a hill, nestled amongst the trees, at the end of a private road. There are four bedrooms, three upstairs and one downstairs. Two bathrooms upstairs and one downstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with essentials, it opens up to a large common area. There is a wood burning stove in the living room as well as heating throughout which makes the property great for year round enjoyment. We have many board games, puzzles, as well as wireless internet, a bluetooth speaker, apple tv, a couple televisions w/DVD players and chromecast and a projector with a 110" screen. There is plenty of outdoor seating and both a charcoal and a gas bbq. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house except for the attic. House sits on a private community of 10 houses spread over 130 acres. This gives guests access to a gorgeous private swimming pond, meadow, and +120 acres of community land with trails. Other things to note During winter months, please make sure at least one vehicle in the party is AWD or 4WD, as the dirt road leading up to the house can become slippery.
