Eternity Place

This rental is a newer duplex in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of the business district and a park. Newly furnished, it has 2 bedrooms, laundry room with washer and dryer, 1.5 baths, kitchen, patio, off street parking, and a single car garage. The duplex will comfortably sleep four (4) adults with potential for one (1) additional guest. No more than 5 guests allowed at any one time. NO PETS. NO SMOKING! NO PARTIES! THERE WILL BE A ONE TIME CLEANING FEE OF $50. The space The property is ground level with no steps, but is not certified ADA accessible. High speed Wifi with gaming hookups are available. To help you feel at home, there is a variety of coffees, and the refrigerator is stocked with bottled water, juice and soda. There will be some snack items available as well. Other things to note The entire property will be cleaned and sanitized before and after each stay.
