Welcome to our beach escape - a relaxing home situated in a nice, peaceful community close to everything. Rents Weekly In Season (Saturday - Saturday) July & August 2 night min. off season Check-in 3 pm / Check-out 10 am Maximum 6 guests Must be 24 years old to rent Make yourself at home in our 3 bedroom, 2 bath, open floor plan home with a large screened porch, patio with outdoor kitchen, private yard, quiet neighborhood. Small children please be careful of antiques and shells. The space Lovingly cared for home nestled in a charming community just 4 miles from the ocean. Enjoy morning coffee on the large screened porch and your favorite evening cocktail on the beautifully landscaped patio. If it's a breezy day you will experience the wonder and serenity of the swaying bamboo along the back walkway. The home is fully fenced and very private with mature trees and landscape surrounding the property. There are 3 bedrooms, one on the main floor with a king bed and the other 2 upstairs with queen beds. Full bathroom with tub upstairs and downstairs has a shower stall. The over-sized outdoor shower under the bamboo is an experience to be had by all. One word...heaven. The kitchen has all the appliances you will need including refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, Keurig, etc. or you can grill outside on the large gas grill housed under a pergola with quartz top dining bar, wine cooler and refrigerator. The living room has a large flat screen TV, plenty of seating, games and puzzles for rainy days. You can eat at the indoor dining table which seats 4 or the enclosed porch has a dining table that seats 6 or the outside bar seats 4. The home decor is chic and custom with a serene, beach feel. The driveway will fit up to 4 cars. The home is equipped with central AC plus ceiling fans in each bedroom. Rehoboth offers beautiful beaches. Voted one of the top 10 beaches on the East Coast. Downtown Rehoboth offers an array of fabulous restaurants (we can offer recommendations if you like) and shops. Outlet Shopping as well. The Clear Space Performing Arts Center puts on great shows. The Bandstand downtown offers free concerts throughout the season. There are many bike trails in the area as well as hiking trails and fishing. We can recommend great kayaking adventure companies. The beaches are beautiful and easy to access. We prefer the beach at Gordon's Pond State Park which is downtown Rehoboth. It's a 4 mile drive from the house or you can bicycle there as well. Fee is $10.00 per car for out of state. You can bring coolers, tents, umbrellas, etc. There is a section of the beach where you can drive your vehicle on if you like. The other beaches along Rehoboth Avenue are meter parking, no beach fee. If you download the parking app before arriving you can pay the meter through that. Meter parking downtown ends the day after Labor Day. We supply all linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs and beach umbrella. The bathrooms have soap and shampoo available and the kitchen has K-cups available for the Keurig. Must be 24 years of age to rent. Guest access We will supply you with the code for the front door lock upon your arrival. Other things to note For your comfort we maintain cleaning standards based on Airbnb regulations that follow CDC recommendations. We provide: toilet paper, paper towel, Keurig Pods, towels, sheets, beach chairs, beach towels.
