LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION…On 15th tee of Meadows Golf Course, 3 minute walk to SHARC and 5 min bike ride to Village Mall or SR Lodge. 10 SHARC passes and more than 10 bikes included of all sizes. The space THE HOME: Our 3 level contemporary home/chalet sits among Ponderosa pines along the Sunriver bike path. When you walk in the door, you encounter the cozy living room and kitchen, tall open ceiling, and the sunlit dining room around the corner. Sturdy furnishings and cozy decor give this home a modern rustic feel. Our home offers a lovely opportunity to bond with family and friends. Kids will love the 3rd floor loft! THE ROOMS: 1st floor: Modest living room w/gas fireplace, dining room, very well-stocked kitchen, 2 queen BRs, a bathroom, and two decks: one w/a private hot tub, the other off dining and living rooms to an open view to the golf course. There is no TV in the 1st floor common area, lending to undistracted mealtimes and opportunities for games, doing puzzles, crafts or whatever you like! 2nd floor: Cozy loft lounge with 47" TV and two sofas, plus 2 queen BRs and a bathroom. 3rd floor: single bedroom of two sleeping nooks (twin single and bunk beds), and a cute kids' play space. Sorry! No pets. No parties. PARKING: There is a shared parking area for our Polehouse cluster of homes. Spaces are neither assigned nor reserved. First come, first served but there is usually plenty of space. Please keep to the limit of 2 vehicles per dwelling. Overflow parking for extra or oversized vehicles is available in the Sunriver Owners Association parking storage area. See the SROA website for details (unable to include the link in this posting, per airbnb). STORAGE A small outdoor storage closet is at the front entry with miscellaneous outdoor gear. The private garage holds several bicycles and helmets and can be used to safely store larger gear or a motorcycle (not enough room for a vehicle). Guest access Guest access: SHARC club is just a 5 min walk from the back deck! Passes included. (During Covid-19, SHARC access is limited to the indoor pool. Check the SHARC website for more details.) Full access to the home, garage and shed with outdoor chairs and extra propane for gas BBQ. Other things to note With lots of beds and sofas, it's tempting to fill this house to the max. There are many choices for where to sleep. But it has only 2 small bathrooms and the common spaces are modest in size. For this reason, we limit the number of guests to 8. No pets or parties are allowed.
