“MIXED BAG SPECIAL” Walking distance to Pleasure Pier & Beach When reserving mixed bag you are booking a 1 room efficiency w/ private bathroom but may be upgraded to a larger 1-2 bedroom unit upon arrival (based on availability and other factors) Pool suites may be available for additional fee Some units have kitchen but not guaranteed smaller units have mini frig, microwave, & coffee maker Some 1/1s have stovetop but not oven All units within 2 blocks & close to Pleasure Pier & Seawall The space Private suite w/ a queen or king bed. You’ll have your own private bathroom and the room is private. Guest access TV NO WIFI Other things to note This is Mixed Bag so you will either be in a one room suite or a 1 bedroom unit in one of our buildings walking distance to the Pleasure Pier & Ocean. Could be a first or second floor unit. All guest must be 25YO or older and or accompanied by their parent. Bring soaps shampoos wash cloths and extra toiletries you may need. You will receive a change request to the actual unit you’ll be in day of arrival on Airbnb app be sure to watch for it!
