Vast open living spaces separate 4 bedrooms, each with individual ensuite baths. The master bedroom and bath are secluded in their own private wing of the home, equipped with a king bed, walk-in closet, 50-inch TV, terrazzo soaking tub, shower, vanity, and dual sinks. With two additional king beds and two queen beds, The Hockney comfortably sleeps up to 8 people. The family room has a 90-inch cinema scale TV with AppleTV and streaming cable with YouTube TV. Air hockey, board games, poker set, and tabletop ping pong are here if you ever get bored with the heated pool and hot tub :) A huge rear patio overlooks the rolling greens of the Indian Canyons Golf Course. The Alfresco Grille, misting system, fire pit, and electric heaters create a true outdoor entertaining space year-round. The indoor gas fireplace, beautifully equipped kitchen, and multiple dining spaces make this a fabulous home for entertaining. Truly everything you need, including high-end cookware, silverware, cooking utensils, knife set, indoor and outdoor dishes, cocktail set, glassware, spices, oil & vinegar, blender, coffee maker, coffee & tea, electric kettle, toaster, microwave and so much more! A professional cleaning team prepares the home for all guests. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hair dryers. High-Speed WiFi (400 Mbps+) makes the home perfect for working remotely. Pool heating is $75/night. (3 consecutive night minimum) Electric Vehicle garage outlet – guests have access to a 240V / 50AMP outlet. Guests must bring their own charging cable. Guest access Guests have access to all of the property exception of a few a small cabinets used for the owner and the back in the primary walk-in closet. We ask that guests not use any of the tools in the garage for their own safety. Other things to note JULY - AUG NOTICE: 115º daytime highs are common in Palm Springs. Our AC system is new and well-maintained, but some parts of the house may only cool to 30º below the outdoor temperature during the day. The pool is not cooled.
