Fully furnished tiny home located in the heart of historic old town San Dimas. Our tiny home is within walking distance of downtown where you’ll find Local coffee shops, Antiques shops, historical sites, restaurants and museums. This tiny home sits directly behind our home that was built in 1894 and is centrally located just a few miles from all surrounding universities , the foothills, the Fairplex and about 30-45 minutes from Disneyland and most SoCal attractions. Contact free/Self check-In. The space Our Tiny home includes self check-in, all new furnishings and appliances . A small kitchen with a Keurig coffee maker and complimentary coffee, a microwave, a electric hot top for cooking and a mini fridge with a freezer. It also features a plush queen size bed, small couch for lounging. A full private bathroom with a marble and stone shower, flat screen tv equipped with Roku streaming device, and air conditioning. Guest access Front and rear access to the Tiny Home via gate with electronic key pad. Full access to the yard and lounge area. Other things to note Well behaved, house trained Dogs are allowed. There will be an additional fee of $25. A parking permit is required for all vehicles parked on the street over night. A permit will be provided for your stay. This Tiny home is not ADA or wheelchair accessible. You will need to use steps to access the tiny house as well as a step in Shower. Additionally, It has a open floor plan. This listing may not be suitable for individuals that are not comfortable navigating steps, uneven surfaces, and or sharing a sleeping area.
