Farm Cottage with Romantic Pond and Dock

This original blacksmith's forge located on historic farm property was recently converted to a beautiful cottage. Perfect for a couple or solo traveler this destination is close to wineries/breweries and farm-to-table restaurants. Comfortable living room and large loft style bedroom are perfect locations to unwind from a day of exploring. Farm stands are not a far drive - delicious meats at Long Stone Farm and local goat cheese at Georges Mill are just a few of the favorites. The space The property has a beautiful pond and dock which may be enjoyed by guests. The cottage sits on a working farm so expect to see farm animals- roosters, chickens, horses, turkeys, tractors etc. and a beautiful cottage with pond access. Guest access The parking area, small porch, pond and dock. Entire inside of cottage Other things to note Three friendly dogs live and roam the property. If you bring pets, they must have no aggression towards other dogs and must be on a leash at all times when outdoors. Steep steps lead up to large loft-style bedroom. We are a PET-FRIENDLY rental and charge a minimal pet fee. However, please note that if there is excessive pet hair left on our linens, an automatic $100 fee will be applied. We recommend not allowing your pets on the furniture or bedding. If the comforter and linens are covered in pet hair, they might need to be thrown out completely. We will do everything, we can to assist you so that this is not an issue. Responsible pet owners should have no problems—we travel everywhere with our lab! Please note, like with all properties you might run across normal bugs, bees and spiders etc. Electricity and internet cannot be guaranteed if there is a problem with the provider or outage. No Exterior Loud Noise and No Gatherings or Parties of any kind, and no non-registered guests should be one the property at any time. This rental is managed by Waterford Reservations LLC, when booking this property all guest acknowledge that any and all disputes, settlements etc will solely be made with Waterford Reservations LLC, Air BNB and no others for any reason.
