Guest access Every rooms,, backyard and garage accessible, except the storage room under the stairwell. Other things to note Check-in Instructions On the day of your arrival, you will receive the main entry code, which usualy is the last 4 digit of your phone number. the code will work only under the time frame of your stay. Check-in time is 4:00Pm if there is any problem with the code, please don't wait, just call the contact phone number. House Rules Below are a few rules and guidelines we ask all our guests to follow in order to maintain a comfortable environment for you and for others in the community. Cleanliness : As a courtesy, please remove your shoes while in the house. Also, please be respectful to the furniture and provided house items and only use them for their intended purpose. The router can be found in the living room behind the TV. Hot Tub : Children need parental supervision to use the facility. Parking : Please make sure that all vehicles are parked in the garage or directly in front of the house. Smoking : All smoking is prohibited inside and around the home. Pets : Pets are allowed, but needs owner’s approval prior booking. Minimum $200 for 1st week. After 1st week $25/day. Noise : We want all our guest to enjoy their stay at our home. However, we ask that our guests be courteous to the neighbors by keeping the noise at a reasonable level. Especially during hours after 10:00 PM Check Out Instructions We hope that you enjoyed your stay with us! Please make sure to follow all the check out instructions detailed below to avoid forfeiting part of your deposit. Check out is at 11:00 am the day of your scheduled departure Security : Please turn off the thermostat and make sure that all windows and doors are shut and locked. However, please do not lock the interior garage door. Close all blinds, turn off all lights, and ensure that all faucets are turned off. Laundry : Please start a load of similar - colored towels before you leave (speed wash setting ). Place used linens and hot tub towels on the top of the cabinet right in front of the laundry . Do not remove mattress covers ! Kitchen : Make sure all items are returned to their proper space. Ensure stove is turned off. Load all used dishes and kitchen items into the dishwasher and start the load. Garbage : Please remove all trash from the house ( including the bins from each bathroom ) and place into the trash bin. Garbage day is every Saturday morning . If garbage day falls during your stay please make sure the garbage bin is taken to the road on Friday evening . Guest Belongings : Please make sure to that you have all your personal belongings, check in all closets, under beds and in all bedroom drawers. Ensure that personal towels, pillows, etc. are separated from those provided by the house. Returning lost or for your items can be a lengthy process that often requires you to pay postage fees.
