This is a timeshare resort. I book rooms with my timeshare points to rent to help cover maintenance fees. I arrange a guest pass. for you to check in with. MUST BE 21, with a photo ID & credit card. The resort will place a hold on you card for damages or purchases. No other fees. NO PETS. NO SMOKING. NO PARTIES. Must comply with the rules of the resort. NO REFUNDS IF EVICTED for failure to do so. NO DAILY HOUSEKEEPING. There are laundry facilities. CHECK IN is 4 PM. CHECK OUT IS 10 AM The space There is no specific room. The resort assigns rooms at check in. You can request a room change without my permission. There is a full kitchen with cooking utensils, dishware and cleaning supplies. Bring your own cooking supplies such as salt, pepper and coffee. There is a gas fireplace, free WIFI, porch, jet tub and free parking. No daily housekeeping but there are laundry facilities. CHECK IN IS 4PM. CHECK OUT IS 10 AM Guest access Your unit and all common spaces such as the pool Other things to note I may be able to get additional dates if needed. I can provide a full refund if you cancel more than 15 days out. The resort has insurance for $149 that covers those last 15 days. The resort does not work communicate with Airbnb. I am the contact. Must comply with the resort's rules. The resort has the right to evict you or charge your card for failure to do so without needing y permission. I do not provide refunds if you're evicted.
