THE LOFT @ OWL HOLLOW 2021 REMODEL Welcome to the loft @ owl Hollow. Please be aware that we maintain a strict non-smoking policy. We welcome your children, however, no pets are allowed. You are nestled on 320 acres. Please feel free to roam at will in any direction. As long as you do not go through a gate, you are on the Owl Hollow Property. Please do not pass through any gates unless leaving or entering the property. We hope you enjoy your stay and come again to visit. The space The outdoor kitchen is conveniently located beside the creek for outdoor cooking and picnicking. There are horses, miniature donkeys, guineas and ducks on the property. You may also see deer and turkey. For your safety, please accompany children who want to visit the animals. The salt water swimming pool is for quests of the Loft. It is a lap pool (3’ to 5’ deep). NO DIVING in the pool. Follow all posted pool rules. Please turn off pool lights when leaving pool. Please do not leave hot tub running when not in it. ADDITIONAL NOTE: Your key opens and locks the back entrance door to the stairwell only. Feel free to lock the back door entering the loft at bedtime, but not when you are out. Your key will not open the door to the entrance to the apartment.
