Beautiful relaxing Beach house. House has an upper covered deck for great outdoor use and is partially enclosed to enjoy in any weather. Nice outdoor chairs to relax and take in the gorgeous views. The downstairs has a wonderful sunroom entry area to enjoy the beach views. Private access to the beach between cabins and beach house. Guests use only. Due to high tides, we asked that you do not enter the beach one hour before and one hour after high tides Private sandy beaches. No cars The space This spacious beach front house has two kitchens. One upstairs and downstairs. Two living rooms with TV. Great for family gatherings that enjoy the privacy of being two condos connected by an interior stairwell or can be locked off. Please not the bedroom with the twin bed and bunk bed is semi private due to it being used to get to downstairs using the stairwell. Otherwise for maximum privacy the stairwell can be locked off using exterior entrances. Guest access Guest have full use of this vacation house. Wheel chair entry accessible down stairs. Other things to note The nightly rate is for up to 8 guests. If you add another guest totaling 9 you will be charged an extra guest fee for the 9th guest Children and infants count as a guest. We are experiencing extreme high tides, so please do not enter beach one hour before our one hour after high tides.
