Clean quite bedroom, host by female, for female. The space The bedroom is laptop friendly: high speed WiFi, and a printer free to use. The place is on 2ed floor of a house, located in the heart of downtown Albany, walking distance to everything: bar, restaurant, laundry, convenience store etc. Guest access The bedroom is all yours. You’ll share the rest of the place (kitchen, bathroom, living room) with me and my roommates. During your stay I live in the same place, I’ll be available every afternoon, whenever you need. Other things to note 0. Please be respectful and quiet, this place is NOT for partying. 1. You’ll have the bedroom to yourself, and share the rest of space with me and my roommates. 2. I’ll provide basic toiletries for you: towel, toothpaste, shampoo etc. etc. Let me know if you need anything else. Please do NOT use shampoos&soaps placed on bathtub, they’re NOT for share. 3. As for cooking, feel free to use the basic kitchen equipments: microwave, oven and refrigerator; I’ll provide disposable utensils and kitchen wares for you. Please do NOT use utensils and plates in the kitchen, they’re NOT for share. If you’re in the mood for some serious cooking, just let me know in advance, I’ll prepare cooking device (knife, chopping board, frying pans etc. etc.) for you.
