While our studio, like many places in Tahoe, does not have air conditioning, the mild climate ensures a naturally comfortable atmosphere, complemented by the invigorating mountain air. Please note that we don't have an on-site office, and inquiries may not be addressed after 9:00 pm, embracing the charm of a lodge rather than a 24-hour hotel. To enhance your booking experience, we uphold a strict cancellation policy. For added flexibility, we recommend considering travel insurance at the time of booking—an excellent suggestion from both us and Airbnb. Your peace of mind remains our top priority. Guest access We only offer self check-in to our guests. The check-in instructions will be sent at 04:00 PM. Guests will receive access codes to the key safe located at the unit's front door for seamless entry to the property. Other things to note Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs during peak seasons. Note that the studio doesn't have AC as Tahoe's summer climate is generally mild. Please be aware that there's no on-site office, and inquiries may not be addressed after 9:00 PM, as we aren't a 24-hour hotel. Kindly note, we do not provide refunds for weather or road conditions.
