Full property access with the exception of the garage, and the master closet (storage). Large couches in living and family rooms allow for additional space to socialize and relax and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a nice home cooked meal if you choose to use it. The screened back porch is stocked with a gas grill and outdoor patio furniture to enjoy and your dog will undoubtedly love having a large fenced in yard. Guest access Guests can access full interior of the house with the exception of the attached garage and the master bedroom closet. The exterior of the home is also included. The front yard, rear yard, and screened rear patio area are all available for use. Other things to note The home is ready for anything you’ll need during your stay. I ask only that the home be left how you found it. Please follow some of the courtesy rules I have in place to allow me to serve additional guests professionally. Pets are welcome, but there is an additional cleaning fee for each animal on your reservation. Pet waste should be disposed of according to instructions left in the home. There are additional fees for any property that suffers damage from human or animals. I don’t mean to scare people off, but accidents do happen sometimes and I would like to keep my home as nice as I can for the next guests.
