Easy access to many beautiful and walk-able trails filled with wild-life and small streams. Sunset view on top of Miller Road is remarkable... (so if you take a walk, try to budget your time so at the sunset time you can be at top of Miller Road). There is a shuttle service from Village Center to nearby Sunset trimet/subway station, every half an hour. You do need to check the schdule on the HOA website and get a pass.
