TRASH DISPOSAL: You will find extra trash bags under the sink in the kitchen, when trash is full feel free to remove and place in blue or green trash bins outside of the building. PETS: We are a pet friendly listing, there is a one time pet fee of $85 please make sure to complete payment through Airbnb resolution center before arrival. Guest access ACCESS: No key needed, all apartments operate with keypads for your convenience. As part of our check in procedure please make sure to send over all guest photo IDs before 3pm check in time, so you can have all check in instructions upon arrival and check in at your convenience. Check in: 3pm Early check ins are available upon request, and we will always try to do our best to have the place ready at your convenience. Please keep in mind that our previous guest checks out at 11am and we need a few hours for cleaning and disinfecting.
