Evergreen Paradise: Hot Tub, Walk to Lifts

The Evergreen Paradise is a true gem located in the base area of Crested Butte Mountain Resort! Enjoy the buildings amenities including: hot tub, sauna, and ski locker (located 5 yards from the lifts!). Located walking distance from hiking trails, ski lifts, and free shuttle stop, this property is perfect for your next mountain getaway! The space *Please read and agree to all of the disclosures at the bottom of the listing description prior to submitting a booking request.* Enter either through the building, or from the private patio entrance to an open floor plan including kitchen, dining area, and spacious living room! The fully stocked kitchen looks out over the dining area which seats 6 comfortably; there are additional seats, as well as bar seating too! Starter supply of standard coffee is provided. If you require a specific kitchen tool, please feel free to reach out prior to your stay; if it's not already in stock, we will do our best to provide it prior to your arrival. Kick back and relax on one of the multiple couches or chairs in the living room. Enjoy complimentary cable or log into your preferred streaming service on the large SmartTV as you let the cozy electric fireplace warm you up after a day on the slopes. The Living Room looks out over the mountain ranges that surround Crested Butte via two large glass sliding doors making this room a wonderful place to take in the views if you're working from "home". The first bedroom includes a queen bed, plenty of closet space and a small fan. The first full bathroom is located on the opposite side of the hallway from the first and second bedroom; the latter of which is perfect for the little ones with a bunk bed feating a full on the bottom and a twin-sized bed on top! The second bedroom could be labeled the kids room with a Twin/Full bunkbed and plenty of extra blankets and pillows. The Primary Suite is private and spacious with a king bed and a separate walk-through closet to the second full bathroom. This room has a private entrance via the building balcony facing the mountains! DISCLOSURES: STAIRS: This unit is on the 3rd floor (up 2 flights of indoor or outdoor stairs from the ground level), and there is no elevator. AGE RESTRICTION: Primary guests under 25 years of age are not allowed. A government issued ID is required in order to book. PET DISCLOSURE: Pets (including Emotional Support Animals) are not allowed in this building. You will be assessed a $500.00 fine and asked to leave immediately with no refund if you are found to be in violation of this rule. AIR CONDITIONING: There is no AC in this building. One small fan is provided in each bedroom. PARKING: Guests are allotted 2 parking passes to be used in the Evergreen lot. There is no assigned parking. No trailers/RVs. There is no additional overnight parking in Mount Crested Butte. Free street parking is available in the town of Crested Butte (3 miles, follow posted signage diligently). 2 parking passes are provided/unit; this is non-negotiable, please plan accordingly! HOT TUB: The hot tub is managed by the building HOA. West Elk Property Management cannot foresee closures due to routine maintenance or cleaning and therefore will not offer any refunds in the event the hot tub is unusable for part or all of your stay. CBMR DATES OF OPERATION: Crested Butte Mountain Resort opens for the Winter 2025/2026 Season on November 26th. Closing day is typically the first weekend in April, official date to be announced. The balcony, while extremely private, is accessible from the parking lot. The hot tub area and sauna is shared with the rest of the building. The laundry facility is also shared with the building and is coin operated; coins are not provided.
