Description

Beautiful private property on the Dry Frio River! Just minutes away from the popular Concan Frio River area and 35 minutes from Garner State Park. Come enjoy peaceful privacy on a 2-acre lot located directly on the river. YES, we have WiFi and Roku TV! Good pets are allowed- $50.00/per dog. Rustic ranch home with master bedroom (queen), and a loft with a double bed and two single beds. Downstairs has a sleeper sofa, couches and comfy chairs to relax in after a day in the river. The space WiFi, Roku TV, newly refurbished fully equipped kitchen, outdoor picnic table, lighted deck over looking the river, BBQ grill, fire pit, corn-hole and washers pit. Everything you need for a fun, relaxing vacation experience. Perfect for family vacation or just a relaxing getaway. Guest access This is very private! There are no close neighbors and you will have the entire house to yourself. The property sits on a 2-acre wooded lot that is located right above the Dry Frio River. There is plenty of wildlife on this ranch. Whitetail deer, axis deer, turkey, and jackrabbits just to name a few. The stars at night are spectacular here. Bring a bag of corn to feed the deer. Other things to note There are huge pecan trees on the property. Squirrels are bad about dropping pecans on your car so I recommend not parking under them. This is the Hill-Country so always be on the lookout for scorpions and snakes.
