Bedrooms 1 and 2 share a full bathroom. Bedroom # 3 is your master suite with a king size bed, TV and an esuite bathroom. Your master suite also hosts a balcony perfect for sittiing and sipping on a cup of coffee or tea first thing in the morning and looking over the lake and wooded area, or simply having a glass of wine before bed. Perfect location close to Margaritaville, Disney, access to SR 429 and I4 as well as all the shopping and dining just minutes away on US 192 Starting 9/1/21 Emerald Island Resort requires all guests to register and obtain Gate Access Cards prior to arrival. Non-refundable fee of $20 per vehicle must be paid minimum 3 days prior to arrival in order to gain access to your vacation home. This home is not pet friendly. The owners are highly allergic Guest access Landscaping services are performed weekly by a professional landscaping company. They will need access to the lawn/bushes around the home including any fenced in back yards. The days and times of this may vary depending on weather, Holiday’s etc.
