The space As mentioned, the home has been totally remodeled. Updated with a new kitchen and all new appliances, new full size washer and dryer, LED TVs in living room, and all bedrooms, plank flooring, and all new furniture throughout. The home’s three bedrooms can sleep up to seven comfortably. Professionally decorated, the interior will set your mood into vacation mode the moment you step foot inside. The exterior is newly landscaped. A wooded backyard patio area includes a full size stainless steel bbq grill complete with table and chairs. Also kept on property are two beach cruiser style bicycles for guests to use. They make for an amazing sunset ride to Sharky’s on the Pier or historic Downtown Venice just a couple miles down the street. *Due to COVID-19 I am ensuring that in addition to the deep cleaning performed between guests, ALL common surfaces including door handles, lighting and plumbing fixtures, appliance controls, etc will be throughly sanitized.
