This cozy trailer sits in the rear yard of a large urban lot that contains the host's house as well. It's very close to restaurants, shopping, yoga, and the Catalina Mountains. The space The 17 ft trailer is light and bright and perfectly located in City Center. It has its own private entrance, private HEATED OUTDOOR shower/ private OUTDOOR camp toilet, patio dining, outdoor gas grill for all cooking, mature desert garden species, and a shared outdoor dining/campfire area. Inside the trailer there is a Full size memory foam mattress (extremely comfortable!), TV/INTERNET via Ethernet cable (some adapters available upon request), cold water kitchen sink, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, pots/pans/cutlery, and space heater. There is a AC window unit in the trailer for the summer months. All meal cooking is done outside on the gas grill. This cozy trailer sits in the rear yard space on a large urban lot. Conveniently located close to all that the City Center has to offer (restaurants, shopping, yoga studios, art/galleries) and yet still close to the Catalina Mountains where you have access to some of the most beautiful hiking in all of Tucson. Also on the property is a 1948 adobe style home and a Vintage, 1950s wooden barn. Mature mesquite trees and cactus garden offer all the desert beauty in a convenient urban setting. Because this property is located in urban setting you may hear barking dogs and traffic sounds. There are apartment rentals close by. Guest access Guests have their own private entrance from the street. Guest parking is on the street. It is a short walk through a secure gate and side yard (next to an old adobe style house) to where the trailer is located. The yard is shared space to be used by the vintage trailer guests and occasionally others. It includes outdoor seating, shared campfire area, patio dining area. The trailer's private outdoor bathroom is used only by the trailer guests. Other things to note This is a beautifully renovated vintage travel trailer in an urban setting just a short distance to the Catalina mountains. Urban sounds such as barking dogs, sirens and ambient traffic noise.
