A king size pillow-top bed in one bedroom with private bath and a queen size bed in the other with a second bathroom across the hall. A sleeper sofa in the living room accommodates additional guests. Complete with a private balcony or patio, dining area and fully appointed kitchen. The space Each bed has two nightstands, each with two USB charging ports as well as a regular power outlet. There are breakfast items available at the bar in the lobby from 7am - 11am. Most items are under $10. Doorways measure entry & bedroom doors 36" and bathroom doors 23" width. (If you need 36" bathroom doors, see our listing DRDA #24). There is one king bed with a 36" clearance to each side of the bed and 22.5" at the end of the bed. The clearance for the second bathroom sink/counter space (in inches) 33h x 15.5d. The clearance for the kitchen sink counter space (in inches) 33h x 10d. The microwave counter is 33h x 24.5d x 31.5w. Kitchen isle measures 33.5" width. Wall switches are 46" from the floor. The master bath has a tub/shower combo. The second bath has a roll-in shower. There is a removable shower seat and three hand bars located 35" from the floor. The second bathroom toilet front & side hand bars the toilet at 35" from the floor and a clearance of 44" around the toilet. Standard guest phones are provided and TTY kit is available upon request. Fire alarms are strobe light and horn. Light on the phone to alert to incoming calls. All handles (door, sink, shower) are lever style. Guest access From the front desk, which is operated 24-hours a day, you will be issued a card that is a key to your building, your condo, the swimming pool area and the fitness center. The swimming pool is new, having finished renovation in January of 2019. There is free self-parking at the resort, and you will be given a parking pass upon checking in. Other things to note The Desert Rose Resort is a timeshare, rather than a standard resort. You may be invited to attend a 90-minute timeshare presentation in exchange for something. You are under NO obligation to do so and may decline without any penalty. When checking in, the resort will use your credit card for a $250 FULLY REFUNDABLE security deposit, which will show as a “pending” transaction during your stay. Cash may not be used for the refundable security deposit. You will NOT be charged the $102 non-refundable housekeeping fee as part of the last minute deal.
