This studio apartment is the lower part of a house in a beautiful suburban part of the Bronx. It's just a short walk from public transportation, several stores, restaurants, and services. The apartment has a full-size bed (sleeps 2), as well as a couch, bathroom, kitchen, and access to a washer/dryer. By having your own entrance on the side of the house you can come and go as you please during your stay. You will receive a custom key code before your arrival. The space In order to access the apartment you will go down one set of stairs. Please note there is no elevator. Guest access During your stay you have your own studio apartment, which includes a kitchen, bathroom, and access to the laundry room. You can also feel free to hang in the backyard, which is fenced in and private. Other things to note There is a german shepherd who lives next door.
