Cozy Cottage oh so Close to the Coast

Get away to this cozy beach cottage which is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and is a very short 2 block walk straight up the street to the beach on a non-thru street so barely any cars on this road so safe for you and your kids. The space This home has 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, outdoor sundeck with furniture and a covered patio with 2 air chairs, picnic table and a outdoor shower with hot/cold water with a changing area divided from shower in the same space, WiFi, smart TV, central heat and a/c, fully stocked kitchen (though no dishwasher), ceiling fans, board games, washer, dryer, beach chairs, beach umbrella and sand toys for you to enjoy during your stay. Sleeps 6. Maximum occupancy is 6 which includes all adults and children. Please read entire description and house rules before sending questions-everything else you may need to know should be listed there! 🙂 Guest access Full house access. Other things to note Sorry no pets. There is an additional fee of $15 per night per person if you would like to have additional guests over the max of 6. This is for all guests to include adults and children. Host needs to approve any additional guests over 6 and can not be guaranteed to be granted. Fee needs to be paid prior to check in. Bed sheets, pillow cases and bath and beach towels are NOT included. There are pillows and comforters on all beds. We have 3 sets of comforters for all beds which are removed and washed between all rental groups. Fresh clean comforters are put on the beds on change over day while the ones used before by previous group are removed from the home, washed and then put back into the rotation for use. If you do not wish to bring your own we do have an option to rent linens for an additional fee.
