In the winter time you are close to Diamond Peak Resort. Complex includes covered parking garage, so nice to have. Please note if you have a carrier on top of your car the clearance into the garage is 7'4". Catch the shuttle going up the hill to Diamond Peak Resort. In the summer time you are just 7/10 of a mi. to the Hyatt Resort and the lake. The space Condo has one queen bed in master bedroom with newly remodeled private bath. Large walk in shower here. Upstairs loft (like a 2nd bedroom) has two twin beds. There is tv in loft. Flat screen tv in spacious livingroom. WIFI and cable tv. Condo has one more bath and futon if needed. Covered parking garage and then you take elevator to top level to condo. Rates vary by date and season. July 4th, Christmas/NY and Presidents holiday dates are higher. Three ni. minimum during holidays. Guest access You will have access to the entire condo. Condo is very close to Diamond Peak Ski Resort in the winter and in the summer you can be our guests at private beaches in Incline Village. Enjoy Incline Beach or Burnt Cedar Beach which has outdoor pool and also a kiddie pool. You may enter the private beaches as our guests by purchasing tickets. You will also have access to the Incline Village Recreation center which has an indoor pool and open year round. Here you will pay "resident rate" for a daily or weekly use. A new addition to the lake is the East Shore walking/biking trail to Sand Harbor which is pretty spectacular.
