Sliding doors lead out to balcony with gulf views! MASTER BEDROOM: Spacious bedroom with KING bed, dresser, 42 inch flat screen TV equipped with a ROKU for streaming and youtube TV, 2 night stands, 2 lamps, ceiling fan, closet, and sliding doors out to your private patio full of breathtaking gulf views! MASTER BATH: Full bath with tub/shower combo and vanity. BEDROOM 2: Spacious bedroom with queen bed, dresser, and 32 inch flat screen TV equipped with a ROKU for streaming and youtube TV. BATHROOM 2: Full bath with shower and vanity, located off of Bedroom 2. KITCHEN: Fully-furnished kitchen includes seating at the bar for 3, as well as a dining room table for 4. New stainless steel appliances, refrigerator, ice maker, stove/oven, microwave, counter-top small appliances (coffee pot, toaster), silverware, knives, pots/pans & baking sheets. You will find everything you need to pick up fresh seafood at the local seafood market and fix it right in the condo! LAUNDRY: Full size washer and dryer located in the unit! INTERNET: We have FREE high-speed wireless internet for your added convenience. Being on vacation doesn't mean you have to be off the grid! OUTDOOR BALCONY: Not one, but two balconies! Seating for 2 on the east balcony with gulf views, and seating for 4 on the west balcony, overlooking the pool and the gulf! It is a great spot to sit and unwind, relax with family and friends, or enjoy a good book. The green space is immaculate and is perfect space for the kids for kicking a soccer ball or tossing a frisbee while mom fixes dinner! SPECIAL RATES FOR SNOWBIRDS: Inquire with owner/co-host for a quote. ***We do not supply food, personal items, charcoal or beach towels. However, to get you started, we do supply two garbage bags, two rolls of toilet paper, two laundry tabs, and two dishwasher tabs. Please remember to bring or expect to purchase additional items for your stay. We also provide two beach chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler, located inside the unit, for guest use. We ask that you treat them kindly and return them to the guest bedroom closet for our next guest! Check in: 5:00PM Check out: 9:00AM Leaving after 9:00AM will result in additional charges as the cleaning company will have to have additional staff to prepare unit for the next guest. There is free parking across the street for anyone wishing to spend the day at the beach on the day of check-out. Please vacate the unit and the premises by 9:00AM, including your parking spot.
