Beautiful 1908 building, with special touches & attention to details to make your stay enjoyable and relaxing. The space We offer table & chairs on our front porch, for relaxing drinking or dining, we welcome you to enjoy the pleasant & relaxing atmosphere. Guest access Relax on our spacious front porch. We have a small snack area in our hallway for all guest to enjoy. During your stay My husband Craig & I live upstairs, we keep to ourselves so not to disturb you, however if you have a question or need anything we are available and can be reached through Airbnb messages. Other things to note There is Absolutely NO SMOKING OR VAPING allowed on Historic Sealy House B & B property. If caught smoking, or vaping guest will be asked to leave immediately WITHOUT a refund, and charged a $700 cleaning fee for the Wyatt room. We live upstairs and will know if you are smoking so don’t chance it! We do allow pets with a fee of $35 per pet per stay, if caught sneaking in a pet you will be asked to leave immediately WITHOUT a refund and you will be charged a $500 cleaning fee for the Wyatt room. Guest are 100% responsible for any damages done by their pet including urine & feces cleanup! We go over each room Top to Bottom after each guest, to insure that your room is sanitized and cleaned thoroughly, so don’t chance it double check to make sure there are NO surprises!
