Beautiful lakefront home with dock. Perfect for extended family or multi-family getaway. 9 miles from Mount Sunapee for skiing. Only 90 minutes from Boston, fully appointed with wifi, flat-screen TVs & the serenity of Lake Sunapee. The house is fully stocked and perfect for large groups. We also recently put in new carpet, new leather couches, new barstools, and 3 new Mitsubishi ductless A/C and heat units. The space Open floor plan on main floor, three levels of space allow you to spread out and have space for multiple families Guest access All spaces are open except a linen closet used for storage and some storage in basement and utility room. Other things to note Guests will be asked to sign a contract detailing the number of guests, terms, responsibilities, and conveyances and uses. We can provide a copy of this prior to the rental if you would like to review it.
