Located in the Historic District of Haymount, the home was built in 1917 and much of its original features and charm have been preserved. The apartment has all necessary amenities with a sheik modern early 20th century feel. Located within walking distance of downtown Fayetteville and just a short 5-minute walk to the Cape Fear Regional Theater and a 15-minute walk to Downtown Fayetteville with many local bars, restaurants, museums, Festival Park, Segra Baseball Stadium and night-life. The space Ft Liberty and Cape Fear Hospital are just a short 15-20 min drive which makes the space perfect for traveling nurses or military on temporary duty. When available we provide a weekly magazine that informs you of local activities going on in Fayetteville for the week and particularly in the downtown area. There is a washer/dryer which is free to use located in the apartment. The bedroom has a queen size bed with extra blankets and pillows to make you as comfortable as possible. Quiet hours are from 11pm - 7am. Guest access You will have a designated and marked parking space located in the rear of the building during your stay. The parking area is well lit with access to the main entrance. The Fayetteville bus terminal is located within a 10-15 minute walk of the property. Other things to note Hinsdale house has four individual apartments. During your stay you will have sole access to your apartment and amenities. The only shared spaces are the main entrance to the building and hallways. There is a private laundry in your apartment.
