This 1 bedroom apt has lots of usable space and all the luxuries of home, with the most popular amenities to make it cozy! We've provided a 65 inch smart TV so you can easily stream from your own phone or attach your game console. * Please notify us when you book if you are sensitive to fragrances. The space Have this apartment all to yourself. with a private side entrance and yard that's fenced in for kids or your dog. The only shared space on this property is our parking, and even there you would rarely see anyone because there are only 3 apts on site. Guest access Well equipped with the top tier of xfinity wifi access and a huge tv with cable and Netflix. Cook a meal in the full kitchen which has all the dishes cookware and utensils needed , or catch up on laundry because the appliances are all new. Other things to note You'll have plenty of privacy here as theres only two other apts and no shared space. Theres off street parking in the rear and a private side entrance. We are within 25 minutes of several local beaches and close to downtown. There are numerous different types of people and foot traffic, just as with any other downtown setting. We absolutely love the beautiful space we’ve created and we’re proud to be a part of the refurbishment of an area. With that said, we believe it’s important for our guests to know and feel comfortable in an inner city, downtown setting that’s in the making.
