This is a safe space for ALL. The space You will have your own private entrance to the space through the sliding glass doors. This inviting guest suite features a living room/dining room up front and a bedroom with full bathroom in the back. There is a TV available that features Netflix, Hulu, and a library of TV shows and the latest movies. But don't spend all of your time indoors! You will be within minutes of all of the things that make Nashville great. Notes: this space is perfect for 1-2 people. I do not allow any more, because the space will not accommodate more than two people. **This is also a downstairs unit. You may hear people walking above you.** The main area is 11ftx11ft. The bedroom is 9.5ftx11ft. I do not allow parties, but even if you wanted to have a party, the space is not big enough, good luck. **Please review all pictures and descriptions.** This is the equivalent of a studio apartment. I have a large driveway that can accommodate two guest cars comfortably. You will have access to the u it through the sliding glass doors. Other things to note This unit is attached to an owner occupied house. The guest suite is only accessible from the exterior, and there are no shared spaces. This space is for two people. Please do not be upset if this space does not accommodate a large group. I leave the max at two people because the space accommodates two people, and is perfect for two people.
