Your family vacation starts here! Silver Hart Cottage is two bedroom, one bath home that can sleep up to 4 adults and two children. with a bed in the couch down stairs. Come enjoy the lake. kayaking, fishing, hiking or enjoy the sunrise in the screened in porch. There is Fresh linens, bath/beach towels. The cottage has all the amenities of home. WiFi, streaming roku, and central air. Our home is centrally located. Close to beaches, amusement/water park & more! 40 minutes from Silver Lake dunes The space Guests may use any and all spaces provided! Except the garage. We are located off-site, so the immediate property is for guests to use. Our home is based for family, couples, business trip stays and friends connecting that are not into the party like activities. Our home is not just a rental it’s our home that we love to share. Guest access Lake access to Hart Lake (also known as Little Silver) A small inland lake. Lake frontage. Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 11 am. It’s an all sports lake that usually fits a 16 foot boat. Please look at the pictures as we have a rustic launch that requires a truck to launch Other things to note Parking is only in the drive way and only three cars. Guest MUST view and agree to the contract prior to booking.( Under house rules) Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend are three day minimum stay! All other stays are two day minimum stays. Except in summer starting in June through August. The garage is not for guest use and please do not park in front of it. Thank you
