Little Silver Hart Cottage. A home away from home

Your family vacation starts here! Silver Hart Cottage is two bedroom, one bath home that can sleep up to 4 adults and two children. with a bed in the couch down stairs. Come enjoy the lake. kayaking, fishing, hiking or enjoy the sunrise in the screened in porch. There is Fresh linens, bath/beach towels. The cottage has all the amenities of home. WiFi, streaming roku, and central air. Our home is centrally located. Close to beaches, amusement/water park & more! 40 minutes from Silver Lake dunes The space Our home is a two story. We also have a sun room and screen room to enjoy. Our Garage and parking in front of garage IS NOT part of your rental experience. Occasionally we will need to excess the garage during your stay we will contact you in advance. On busy holiday weekends our neighbors also may park there. Our property is on a dirt road that is narrow so there may need to pull to the side to let each through. It’s a quiet neighborhood with houses fairly close. Quiet times are 10pm- 8 am. To respect our neighbors we ask that there be no late night check in Guest access Lake access to Hart Lake (also known as Little Silver) A small inland lake. Lake frontage. It’s an all sports lake that usually fits a 16 foot boat. Please look at the pictures as we have a rustic launch that requires a truck to launch. We have a dock that you can tie a boat to. There are a few boat rental company’s to choose from if wanting to rent a boat. Other things to note Parking is only in the drive way. Please do not park in front of the garage. There is no parking on the road. The gravel road is narrow and at times you will need to pull off to let each other through. You will need to read the house rules. No third party renting. parties or party like activities are prohibited. No smoking of any kind! Including Marijuana! Please respect our home.
